Additional Bar Package

The package is priced per guest rather than by individual consumption because, over the course of the event, drink choices, and quantities tend to balance out across the group.

Some guests may drink more, others less or not at all, but overall, it evens out and allows us to offer consistent service, staffing, and product throughout the event. Our hourly rate is $25 per bartender needed, we staff our bar appropriately according to guest count and the nature of the event and what all is served. Typically, one bartender to every 50 guests. You can expect two hours more than your event timeline due to setup and break down/cleanup of your bar.

There will be an automatic 20% gratuity added to your bar that goes directly to your bartenders. Coley Hall and The Liberty Catering company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot produce a proper form of identification. Our bartenders also reserve the right to cut off any person/persons that are intoxicated beyond reason.

No one under the age of 21 will be served per North Carolinas law.

No outside alcohol is to be brought into our establishment or on the property. There will be a charge of $250 if any outside alcohol is found regardless of if It is from one of your guests, or someone from your wedding party.
